A Weekend Group Relations Conference in the Tavistock Tradition

This is an extraordinary leadership conference. There are no keynotes, no speakers, no lectures, presentations, or reading materials. This high-impact way of learning is through action and reflection. This is a hands-on learning experience where participants work with their fellow registrants and specially trained consultants to create a temporary institution. The whole enterprise then studies the dynamics of authority and leadership as they manifest themselves “in the moment” via the day-to-day interactions of individuals and groups in the organization.
